Pastoral Counselor

Harry's goal is to support you in your relationships and life struggles, help you overcome tough challenges, manage stress, and provide the tools to embrace the true joy and peace you desire.

For years, Harry has been fulfilling his call and using his gifts and talents as a spiritual and pastoral counselor. His work in individual, couple, and adolescent counseling and spiritual guidance has been informed and inspired by his life-long interest and study of personal and spiritual growth. As a business professional, Harry has always been interested in systems, especially the belief systems we adapt to navigate our environments. His active, compassionate, and straight-forward approach will always give practical tools to use immediately after each session so you gain confidence in your ability to affect change in your life and improve your relationships with others in new and authentic ways.

Harry has been an ordained pastor since 2005 where he served at Capo Beach Church as the Family Ministry pastor and in Pastoral Care.  In 2014, he served at Mission Viejo Christian Church as the Discipleship pastor. Before being ordained, Harry worked for 14 years in the corporate world for Gateway Computers and Armor All Products managing business development and marketing. Harry has a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and a B.S. in Psychology & Social Science from Vanguard University.

He currently serves as a chaplain for the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA). Since 2011, he has been the President of Families in Rich Encounters (FiRE), a non-profit ministry providing support and counseling to families with the goal of bringing them into rich relational encounters.  He’s been married to his college sweetheart, Carmen, since 1989 and has four children – two boys and two girls.
